Refund Policy
General Policy
Our service fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and your application has been submitted. This is because the application is immediately transmitted to the New Zealand immigration system.
Application Denied
If your ETA application is denied by New Zealand immigration, your service fee cannot be refunded. The refusal is determined by government immigration officials based on your application details and background checks. We do not have the ability to overturn government decisions.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:
- Technical error on our platform preventing application submission
- Duplicate charges due to system error
- Payment processed without authorization
Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your transaction. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
